Our advisors have led and supported strategic hotel partnerships for sbe and the SLS Hotel Group, contributing to the development and successful openings of flagship assets including SLS Hotel Las Vegas and SLS Hotel Miami. This work required close coordination among ownership groups, developers, brands, and capital partners to align commercial objectives, design intent, and operational execution.

In addition, our team has collaborated on SLS Tribute Hotel partnerships with W Hotels, helping structure integrations that balanced brand standards, ownership priorities, and operational flexibility—ensuring long-term viability and market differentiation.

For more than a decade, members of our advisory team led the Hotel Partnership Division at Hilton Grand Vacations, where they were responsible for sourcing, structuring, and scaling hotel-integrated partnerships across diverse markets. During this period, the portfolio expanded by over 50%, driven by disciplined brand alignment, thoughtful capital structuring, and sustainable ownership frameworks.
